HOW TO SIGN UP (FOR NEW USERS)

  1. Go to https://onlinebanking.metrobank.com.ph and click “Sign up”.
  2. Fill up the required information and follow the instructions shown on screen. Use mobile number registered at your branch of account.
  3. Enroll your Metrobank accounts to fully access the new features.

HOW TO SIGN UP (FOR EXISTING USERS)
Metrobankdirect Personal and Metrobank Mobile app users

  1. Go to https://onlinebanking.metrobank.com.ph.
  2. Log in using your existing Metrobank username and password.
  3. Follow the instructions on screen.
  4. Once you are on Metrobank Online, all your account, billers, peers, and beneficiaries are auto-enrolled.

HOW TO PAY

  1. Visit https://onlinebanking.metrobank.com.ph and sign up or log in using your account.
  2. From your Dashboard, go to “Shortcuts” and select “Pay Bills”.
  3. Enter the amount to be paid.
  4. Under “For”, select Fortune Life Insurance Co., Inc. from the dropdown list of Billers.
  5. Enter Fortune Life Account Number (FLAN) as the Subscriber/Reference No.
  6. Enter Mobile Number.
  7. Choose the Account Number to fund your payments.
  8. Select “Now” (for immediate processing of your payment) or “Later” (to schedule your payment on a future date) and click “Next”.
  9. Review the payment details summary and click “Submit”.
  10. Enter your Metrobank Online passcode to confirm your payment.


MOBILE BANKING


HOW TO SIGN UP (FOR NEW USERS)

  1. Go to https://onlinebanking.metrobank.com.ph and click “Sign up”.
  2. Fill up the required information and follow the instructions shown on screen. Use mobile number registered at your branch of account.
  3. Enroll your Metrobank accounts to fully access the new features.

  1. Go to https://onlinebanking.metrobank.com.ph.
  2. Log in using your existing Metrobank username and password.
  3. Follow the instructions on screen.
  4. Once you are on Metrobank Online, all your account, billers, peers, and beneficiaries are auto-enrolled.

HOW TO PAY

  1. Sign up or log in (for existing users) to the Metrobank Mobile Banking app on your phone and select “My Bills” then click “Pay”.
  2. Search and select Fortune Life Insurance Co., Inc. as the Biller’s Name.
  3. Enter Fortune Life Account Number (FLAN) as the Subscriber/Reference No.
  4. Enter your Mobile number.
  5. Enter the amount to be paid and choose the Account Number to fund your payment.
  6. Review the payment details summary and click “Submit”.
  7. Enter or submit the One-Time Pin (OTP) to confirm your payment.


OVER-THE-COUNTER


  1. Get Metrobank’s “Payment Slip” to be accomplished in duplicate copies and indicate the required information/details:
    1. Company Name: Fortune Life Insurance Co., Inc.
    2. Subscriber Name: [Policyholder’s Name]
    3. Reference No./Subscriber No.: [Fortune Life Account Number (FLAN)]
    4. Telephone number: [Policyholder's Mobile Number]
    5. Mode of Payment: [Cash/Check/Debit Account]
    6. Amount of payment: [Amount to be paid]
    7. Payment Details: [cash or check payment breakdown]
NOTE: Please prepare additional amount of Php50.00 as process fee for over-the-counter payment.
