FORTUNE LIFE PLANTS HOPE THROUGH ITS TREE PLANTING ACTIVITY

In honor of our founder’s 85th birthday, the late Amb. Antonio L. Cabangon Chua, Fortune Life held its first Tree Planting Activity last August 22 at the La Mesa Nature Reserve. This is one of the many activities lined up for the company’s Journey to 35 Years celebration. Despite the one-kilometer walk through the rough and muddy trail, the team consisted of employees and agents successfully planted 400 seedlings covering one hectare assisted by the La Mesa foresters.

The Fortune Life team was filled with joy knowing that through the tree planting activity, they were able to give back to mother earth as we sympathize with the Amazon rainforest unfortunate situation. Moreover, the company chose La Mesa Nature Reserve as its way to pay respect and support the projects of the former DENR Secretary, Gina Lopez who recently passed away.
