As part of its Social Media Campaign, Fortune Life Insurance Company (FLIC) launched its first online contest with a theme “My Fortune Life Story” that aims to heighten the engagement of people to its social media accounts.
The contest covered December 1 to 31, 2018 wherein employees and agents were enjoined to participate. There were two categories: Best Story and Most Favoured Story (with highest number of likes).
The mechanics were simple: just follow the company’s Facebook or Instagram account, upload a photo with caption on how Fortune Life changed their lives, and use #myFortuneLifeStory. Likes will only be valid once they followed FLIC social media accounts.
Out of 5 contestants who shared their stories to the public, Gladys D. Guarin, Branch Cashier of Cabanatuan stood out and won the Best Story as she wrote about her 12-year journey in FLIC.
For the Most Favoured Story, Crisia Jane F. Cobardo led the scoreboard as she garnered a total of 376 followers. She shared how her three wishes were granted at Fortune Life.
Winners were given Php3,000.00 each while the other participants received consolation prizes.
